Crunchi Roti’s were born in our kitchen with a healthy wellness talk over jowar roti preparation in her busy daily schedule. It all started with some simple questions:

In summer 2015, Dr. Shalaka took up the challenge to make getting healthy easier for people. He wanted to create something that mothers would feel happy giving to their kids. It’s tough to eat all the whole grains everyday consistently so Crunchi roti was the best alternative.
He realized that good health could begin with a simple Crunchi Roti ready to eat pack, which is personalized food for healthy and metabolic disorder individuals.
Dr Shalaka is young energetic entrepreneur. She has completed PG in clinical, nutritional and diatetics along with Naturopathy and Ayurvedic basic degree. She have experience more than 11 years. She believes and practiced on “personalized food to medicine approach” toward wellness of society. She worked in Aurangabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Bangalore in various hospitals with “personalized food to medicine approach” approach.
Pallavi Y is an engineering graduate with a fair amount of experience in corporate IT. She likes to describe herself as travelling enthusiast and a foodie who likes to experiment in eating. In her attempts at cultivating healthy eating habits, she follows many nutritionists and health literature. She blogs at Mon Odyssesys. She strongly believes that our day to day eating habits play a big role in our staying fit, healthy and disease free. In today’s world where lifestyle diseases like diabetes, obesity, cardio vascular diseases are becoming more and more common, she thinks “good eating leads to good health”.
We strongly believe in continuing the legacy in food science our forefathers and dear grandmothers had with little touch of modern biotechnological approach.
We at Purnaanna Wellness are channelizing all our energies to make most of the whole grain science therapy to reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome.
